I regret to inform you that despite our expectations, the material we were anticipating has not yet arrived at our factory. According to the information provided to us, the delivery was purportedly made yesterday at 9:20 PM.
Material not received to our Factory, The mail sent by Delivery is incorrect.
Yesterday, at 6:00 PM, I reached out to one of FedEx customer care executives to inquire about the status of the material under ticket number 127426, the material did not arrive as promised.
I urge you to prioritize this matter with utmost urgency. Failure to do so may compel us to explore legal recourse to rectify this situation. Our factory premises are equipped with 24-hour surveillance cameras for live recording.
It is evident that there are discrepancies in the delivery process, and I suspect fraudulent activity on the part of the delivery partner.
Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
